The contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all other territories), who are 18 years of age or older.  Each person may only enter once on each website (MrsFieldsSecrets.com, Twitter, Facebook) for a total of up to three (3) possible entries per person  No purchase necessary.  Must be 18 years of age or older to win. Deadline to enter is March 28^th2011 at midnight ET. Maximum of 1 prize per person.

By entering the contest, you agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Mrs. Fields, its affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, divisions, retailers, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any and all damages whether direct or indirect, which may be due to or arise out of participation in the contest or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, use/misuse or possession of prizes.
