i kf to texas now most people thank their moms an mine has been wonderful,my brother an his wife have helped me out when i moved from cali to texasle to get out on to get away from a very awful marriage. an then we finaly were able to move out but his help never ended, their was bills i couldnt afford ,kids needed glasses i couldnt provide an food i just keep in the frig so i have to say without my brother an his help i never would of gotten as far as i did. See somtimes i think moms feel like they have to help but siblings? so he deserves my thanks an my sister inlaw. IM GREATFUL TO THE LORD FOR THEM.

I would like to thank my daughter, Lana, who will be born just before Thanksgiving. I felt this way when my son was born 3 years ago and even more so now. I want to take good care of myself and be the best that I can be knowing that my actions will always speak louder than my words. I realize that nothing is important as our health and our love and I’m so thankful that she is growing healthy insde of me.

I would like to thank my wonderful husband, who is not only a great hubby, but wonderful Dad and step Dad, and Craig Paw to our grandson. For 3 years he was a single father of 2 small sons before we met and became a family.He is an awesome person, I love you baby!

I would like to thank my daughter. She just received her honorable discharge from the Air Force and has returned home and now going to school full time to get her degree. She is going back to her high school and sharing her life, some of the mistakes she has made and many of her successes. I am so proud of her and how she is reaching out to the community. Plus, she is living at home and I can take care of her again, and the best part she is letting. I love being a mom. It is the best job I have ever had.

I would like to thank my friend Gloria. She was the Cub Scout leader to both my sons and, when they became Boy Scouts, helped them both to achieve Eagle Scout. She continues tirelessly as a Scout leader and has taken on numerous other roles in the community. She has helped “Save Sam” a civil war monument on our town common, helps the library, historical society, organizes trops and on and on. She has taught me alot about being a good parent and person and I truly appreciate all she does that she does not have to. If she gets these cookies she will most certainly share them with her cub scouts!

I would like to thank my father. I lost my mother in 1993, and my father stepped right in to play the role of both my mother and father. He has been there for me through out the years, from my getting married, finishing up my schooling and having children. Now that my oldest is heading off to College, my father and I will finally have time to search for antiques and take little trips across the U.S. We will be enjoying a family trip with him to Myrtle Beach next summer and I can’t wait. Thanks pop, I love you!!!

I would like to thank my mother-in-law Donna. She has been such an inspiration to me and has always been there to help when needed. Three years ago this month she lost her son and she inspires me daily with how she continues on and can still smile. This was a tragic time for all of us, but she has stayed strong and helped her other three sons during these times. I love her so much and I am blessed to have such a wonderful lady in my life!
